I’m Subham, an IIM Ahmedabad MBA and BHU alumnus with around 5 years of experience across operations, strategy, sales, and product building. I’ve built a quick-commerce platform from scratch at ElasticRun, managed strategic programs at Safexpress out of the President’s Office, and ran Samsung’s MX business being the top performer. What I enjoy most is building things from zero, solving messy business problems, and working with people across functions to make things happen. I’m here because I genuinely like helping people think through their career decisions, whether it’s MBA prep, understanding what different roles actually look like on the ground, or just figuring out what to do next. Looking back at my own journey, from figuring out what to do after college, to cracking the MBA, to navigating very different roles across Samsung, Safexpress, and ElasticRun; the moment that I craved for was finding someone who’d been there before just sat me down and gave it to me straight. No fluff, just real talk. I want to be that person for others. I’ve seen so many bright people get stuck not because they aren’t good enough, but because they don’t have someone to give them honest, practical perspective. What does a career in management actually feel like? How does a startup work day-to-day? Is an MBA worth it? These are questions I can answer from experience, not theory.
