I’m Subham, an IIM Ahmedabad MBA and BHU alumnus with around 5 years of experience across operations, strategy, sales, and product building. I’ve built a quick-commerce platform from scratch at ElasticRun, managed strategic programs at Safexpress out of the President’s Office, and ran Samsung’s MX business being the top performer. What I enjoy most is building things from zero, solving messy business problems, and working with people across functions to make things happen. I’ve seen so many bright people get stuck not because they aren’t good enough, but because they don’t have someone to give them honest, practical perspective.
