Hi, I am Simranjeet Kaur, an IIT Bombay (Engineering Physics, 2025) graduate and currently a Product Manager at Hoi.

My journey from a small village in a tier-3 city to IIT Bombay was far from straightforward. During my JEE preparation, especially through the COVID years, I studied without any offline coaching and relied heavily on self-discipline, online resources, and consistency. That journey taught me that while success is rarely linear, persistence and the right guidance can make all the difference.

Since graduating, I have navigated internships, placements, career transitions, and the challenges that come with stepping into the professional world. Through all the ups and downs, I have learned that every phase eventually makes sense, even when it feels uncertain in the moment.
